Privacy Policy

College Test Coach is an educational app that helps students prepare for the SAT. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us about your data.

We collect the information needed to run the service, including account information such as email address and optional display name; SAT score inputs; practice answers, session history, and skill profiles; and technical data normally processed by hosting, authentication, and security providers.

We use information to create and secure accounts, personalize practice sessions, show progress, provide explanations and coaching feedback, improve reliability, and comply with legal or security obligations.

We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their independent marketing. We use service providers, including Supabase, hosting and email providers, and AI providers invoked only from our backend for specific product features.

The app is intended for high school students who meet the minimum age shown at sign-up. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting nancy@vpsinternational.com. Some information may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, or legitimate business needs.
