Terms of Service

By creating an account or using College Test Coach, you agree to these Terms of Service. College Test Coach is operated by VPS International LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

College Test Coach is an educational app that helps students prepare for the SAT. It allows students to input SAT scores, receive personalized skill assessments, and complete adaptive practice sessions with AI-powered coaching feedback. The service is intended for personal, non-commercial educational use.

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. Accounts created for children under 13 will be deleted.

You may use the service only for lawful personal educational purposes. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the question bank or AI content; share your account with others; use automated tools to access the service; or interfere with the service's operation or other users.

All practice questions, coaching feedback, and content in the app are owned by VPS International LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without written permission. SAT® is a registered trademark of the College Board, which is not affiliated with and does not endorse College Test Coach.

College Test Coach uses TikTok's Content Posting API to publish educational content to our official @collegetestcoach TikTok account. This integration is used solely by VPS International LLC staff to post content. It is not a user-facing feature — students do not connect their TikTok accounts to College Test Coach. All TikTok content is reviewed by a human before posting.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific score improvements. Practice content is for educational preparation purposes only and is not licensed or endorsed by the College Board or any official SAT program.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VPS International LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
